Real Spirit Living

I was asking God, how do I explain living in the spirit. Maybe because I could not wrap my brain around the Godhead aka “trinity” for so many years, I don’t know. Sure I believed in the Godhead, but try to explain it? Wow! My Jewish friends would say, you have 3 Gods, I have one. The examples of water has 3 forms, liquid, steam and ice or the example of the egg, shell, white and yolk just did not seem to bring the Godhead teaching from scripture to life. But when the Holy Spirit, FINALLY – gave me revelation in this teaching, it opened my eyes to understanding how God can be 3 in 1 and how we, created in God’s image, are also 3 in 1.

So many people live in “this world”. They live for things. They work for things. Possessions, wealth and power are their driving force. Even some Christians live in this world doing the same things as the heathen when God clearly has called us out of this world. Christians are pilgrims in a foreign land, ambassadors here to do the bidding of our Sovereign. So why Christians get so caught up in the things of this world and the cares in this world, I do not know or understand.

Then there are those people, many, many people, who life by what THEY think. They think it is okay to do this or that. They think they want this job or that job. They think they want to live here or there. They think they know everything. They live by what they think. These people live in the physical world and when they get caught up in the “cares” of this world, or base their life decisions on what they think. And if these people are married and have children, they bring others into what they think the way things need to be done. How many marriages have broken up over “irreconcilable differences”? Two people think differently and can not agree on what they think. This is soul living. These people live in a soul realm.

And those who really live real spirit living? These people understand what the earthly world is and that living in the earthly realm is a shallow life without God. These are those who include God in everything they say and do. They understand the clear divisions of spirit, soul and body and how each works together for good – Romans 8:27-31 KJV –

8:27 And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.

8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

8:29 For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren.

8:30 Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified.

8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

So how do I help people SEE this? How do I help people understand? After talking this over with the Lord, God showed me to use images. So with my 3D program Blender and with some image editing, the image below shows how we are 3 in 1 and shows how each part of us lives. If people would focus on their spirit man, God would give them victory over their flesh in this world, renew their mind so it becomes no longer what THEY think but what does God say about this and they would see the victory of life in the spirit.

Thank you Dax. If people could understand how their spirit, soul and body work in the world we see and the world we do not see, 2 Corinthians 4:18 – the things we see are temporal (fleshly body and “things”) But the things not seen ( soul and spirit ) are eternal, it would change their life. Thanks for the kind comments. Much appreciated.
