I heard a believer mention the bloodline of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un and I was surprised. The believer said Kim Jong Un’s great grandfather was a Christian and he was killed by the Japanese. Wow! I thought. That would explain why Kim does not want to release the Japanese prisoners. So I started doing some digging. Here is part of what I found online.
Korean Christian missionaries led the movement for independence from 1890 through 1907 and later, the creation of a Korean liberation movement from 1907 through 1945. Christians suffered martyrdoms, crucifixions, burning to death, police interrogation and massacres by the Japanese.
Japan has had a negative impact on Korea and it was not until Japan surrendered to the Untied States of America that Korea got relief from Japan.
Japan had invaded Korea and China and Japan attacked the United States by attacking Pearl Harbor in Hawaii.
When we look at the bloodline of Kim Jong Un we see his farher, Kim Jong-il died in 2011. His grandfather, Kim il- Sung died in 1994. And these became atheists. But Kim’s great grandfather, Kim Hyong-jik, lived from July 10, 1894 – June 5, 1926. He attended a school run by American missionaries. He and his wife attended Christian church and he worked as a part time missionary. His full time job was as a pharmacist.
Kim Jong Un’s great grandfather had four children, two girls and two boys. One of the boys, Kim Jong Un’s grandfather, Kim il-Sung ( aka Kim Jong il) went to a Christian church through his teenage years and later in life turned to atheist.
So Kim Jong Un knows the Japanese killed his great grandfather. He also knows his great grandfather was a Christian believer. He knows his grandfather was a Christian believer and went to church through his teenage years and then turned to atheist. Check out Wikipedia on Kim Hyong-jik.
Only Kim Jong Un and his father Kim Jong il have not known God or Christianity. But the other interesting point is WW2 went from September 1, 1939 to September 2, 1945. One arm of the war was Germany and Europe the other arm, America got in the war because Japan attacked us. Japan was occupying Korea for 35 years. China, Russia (Soviet Union then) and America were working as allies then.
In December 1945, the Soviets installed Kim (Un’s grand father) as chairman for North Korea, after they brought him to Russia to train him a few months.
Japan had ruled over Korea for 35 years and at the end of WW2 Korea was divided. Russia supervised the North, America supervised South Korea. Because America and the Soviets could not agree on a unified Korea, Korea remained divided.
So there were elections in South Korea so they would rule themselves and the North was under the Soviet placed Kim regime. The elections took place in 1948, the same year Israel was reborn as a nation. The prophetic meaning of the 70 year rebirth of Israel appears to parallel with Korea’s movement now.
And the Korean War was from 1950 – 1953. The Soviets had communist Kim *Kim Jong Un’s grand father placed as leader of the North and the elections put anti-communist Syngman Rhee in leadership of the South. The war ended in a stalemate which set up the DMZ.
It is no coincidence Russia has invited Kim Jong Un to meet with Putin. Afterall, the Russians (Stalin) put his grand father in as leader. Now America, President Donald Trump, is having a summit with Kim Jong Un on June 12th.
North Korea has years of experience under Soviet “help” and they can clearly see the prosperity of South Korea. We need to pray God remind Kim Jong Un of his great grand father and the prosperity available to North and South Korea. Kim Jong Un’s bloodline includes Christianity his great grand father and his grand father. And if he releases the Japanese prisoners, we will know God is working on his heart. Korea has many reasons to be angry with Japan but especially because Japan killed part of his family.
Korea is a great picture of socialism verses capitalism. North Korea is communust/socialist and has poverty, starvation and no money. South Korea is capitalism – wealth, prosperity and plenty. When you give government control over aspects of your life, and you pay them to manage your money for you through government programs, expect to see results like, poverty stricken North Korea.
Look at Germany when communist/ socialist Russia was handling East Germany. There was poverty. West Germany was flourishing and when the wall came down, it is reported the west gave people from the east $600 to help them.
Pray for our President to be able to get through to Kim Jong Un and open North Korea to the gospel and prosperity. This is our time to watch God work in the nations. Until next time.

Amazing Coin
Question – Will there be a third temple built in Jerusalem? Scripture tells us there will be a third temple. So no matter what man says or does, there will be a third temple.
For students of the word of God, we know there is great significance in the year of Jubilee and we understand the significance of the number seven and seventy years.
We also know God’s calendar starts in Nisan (our March/April) see Esther 3:7 KJV. We say March/April because God describes a month starting on the evening of the new moon. That is generally about the middle of the month on Gentile calendars.
So we know Jerusalem’s jubilee year (50th) for Jerusalem is now and Israel is celebrating their seventy year birthday (re-establishment of Israel in their homeland) and all of this is going on while President Donald Trump is president. Because Donald Trump was made aware of how important Israel is to believers and moving our embassy to Jerusalem was, Donald Trump promised believers during his campaign, he would stand in firm support for Israel and move our embassy. So evangelicals came out in forces to vote for Donald Trump.
Reporters have declared, evangelicals put Trump in the White House. And Trump has kept his promises. We know, God put Trump in the White House and God used believers to do it.
Because of Trump’s commitment to Israel, Israel has been comparing Donald Trump to King Cyrus who helped the Jews and ordered the building of the second temple. Israel has declared they are naming a park after Trump in honour of America moving their embassy to Jerusalem. They are also naming a new train station after Donald Trump, have posted banners in Jerusalem honoring Trump and Israel has stated they like and support Donald Trump and America and the American people for their support of Israel.
There has been a movement by Jews, to build the third temple. And different organizations are training orthodox Jews in proper ceremonies of the temple.
So in this time of Jubilee and the 70th anniversary of Israel’s re-establishment in their own land, the educational organization training orthodox Jews about Temple procedures has issued a commemorative coin marking the 70th anniversary. The coin can not be used as currency, but is designed to be a token of gratitude for Trump moving the US Embassy to Jerusalem. It depicts President Trump with King Cyrus. Cyrus allowed the Jews to return to Jerusalem 2,500 years ago and Israel is calling Trump a King Cyrus type person, honoring Donald Trump.

Pathways Introduction
People in this world live in a country, a kingdom. Each country has laws, rules, and customs. Each country has a leadership team. In America, our constitution puts all the authority into the people’s hands. Elected representatives have tried to remove the authority of the people and bloat a centralized government, trying to remove the power and authority from the people. This is what sets America out from all the other countries. In America, the power and authority rests with the people, not a group of people in a centralized government. Whether the American people know and understand this does not matter. If the American people believe this or not, does not matter. The records prove the power and authority belongs to the people. And as long as the American constitution exists and is the law of the land, it will always be so.
God has his kingdom as well. And God’s “constitution” is his word, the Scriptures. When we look at the scriptures we see the Old Testament speaks of a coming Messiah. The Messiah would come and set everything straight, everything that was wrong, would be made right. The Messiah would set up his kingdom and because the Messiah would setup his kingdom on earth, his kingdom would be a just kingdom because his kingdom comes from God.
Scripture tells us who the Messiah is, where he would be born, and many other attributes and evidence of the true Messiah. Scripture also tells us Messiah would be God himself. Another words God manifest in the flesh. Man would know, when he met Messiah he was meeting God himself, in the flesh.
This was hard for man to understand because God is one. My Jewish friends would say, Christians have three gods. No, Christians have one God, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. But God makes himself known to man in many ways – a burning bush, a pillar of fire, a cloud, and many other ways.
When people say, Christians have three gods, ask? Do you have a body? Yes. Do you have a soul? Yes. Do you have a spirit? Yes. So are you three people? No. God created man in his image scripture says in Genesis. If God created man in his image and God gave man a body, a soul and a spirit, guess what God has? A body, Jesus Christ, a soul, the mind of God. And a spirit, the Holy Spirit. That does not mean three gods just like there are not three of you. But those three parts, your spirit, your soul ( mind, will and emotions) and your body, make up one you. So is it with God.
We know there are angels because scripture tells us so. We could surmise the angels live in an angelic tealm, right? The angelic realm has its own rules, laws and methods of operations, right? Each country on this planet has their own kingdom. God has his kingdom too.
Remember the Lord’s prayer? Thy kingdom come? Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven? So if believers are ambassadors for Christ, and we are, we are on earth living in an earthly kingdom as a foreigner. We are pilgrims in a foreign land. We represent the kingdom of God. We are dispatched to all different countries to bring the message of our kingdom to the kingdoms of this earth.
Now stick with me here. If you go to a foreign country, do you abandon your country’s rules, laws, customs? No. Granted, some countries may put you in jail for practicing your country’s customs and laws but you do not abandon who you are. You may adapt or compromise your faith, your character, your customs, but you do not abandon them. Maybe the world’s system demands you abandon them, after all, look at Daniel the prophet.
God’s people do not compromise their faith, their leader, their rules and laws as established by God. That is what Hebrews chapter eleven explains. Believers were killed for not compromising. And as we studied when we went through the book of Revelation, if believers refuse to take the mark of the beast in their right hand or in their forehead, they will not be able to buy or sell anything. Compromise is not an option.
In our day, believers have compromised their faith because they do not want to be persecuted. They will sell God out for the “pleasures of this world”. If believers truly understood the difference in the kingdoms, they might get courage to take a stand for God and his kingdom. And that is where this study series is born.
As a believer, I took myself aside. Sort of like putting myself on a cloud. I looked at (figuratively speaking) God and his kingdom, which I am a part of, and I see the world. God sets me down in a part of the world. In my case, in America in the state of Florida. He tells me to use his kingdom principles in Florida and reach the lost. He tells me I may have obstacles, hardships, difficulty sometimes and I may be put in prison but stand fast and keep using his kingdom principles. He will reward me before and after my time is up in this world.
And that is when we see prison doors opened, like Peter saw. That is when we see the Red Sea parted. That is when we see people escape in a basket, like Paul. But sometimes we may be killed, like John the Baptist. Many Christians do not want to make sacrifices today. They are willing to sell God out for a life of comfort. And that is why scripture says, many are called but few are chosen. Revelation 3:14 – 22 describes the current day church as neither cold nor hot, but lukewarm when it describes the Laodecian church.
Many believers today are ignorant of God’s kingdom principles because they were not taught God’s kingdom principles. Many are taught the OT law. Others are taught a prosperity gospel and gain is godliness.
1 Timothy 6:3 – 19 KJV ” If any man teach otherwise, and consent not to wholesome words, even the words of our Lord Jesus Christ, and to the doctrine which is according to godliness;
4. He is proud, knowing nothing, but doting about questions and strifes of words, whereof cometh envy, strife, railings, evil surmisings,
5. Perverse disputings of men of corrupt minds, and destitute of the truth, supposing that gain is godliness: from such withdraw thyself.
6. But godliness with contentment is great gain.
7. For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.
8. And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.
9. But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition.
10. For the love of money is the root of all evil: which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
11. But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

Honestly, like you, I too have heard how God wants to make all my dreams come true. But that is not what Hebrews 11 tells us. So what is the truth? As an ambassador of Christ, set down in the state of Florida, what do I do? How do I handle things? I must use the gifts and tools God gave me to reach the lost. I must use God’s kingdom principles to live in Florida and I must never, never compromise on my faith.

Similarities
When you look at similarities between God dealing with Jerusalem and understand how God took a little nation, named it Israel and prospered them and compare that to the birth of America, it is amazing.
As Israel lost sight of where their prosperity came from and used their wealth on open borders allowing anyone in to their country, allowing false teachers in, allowing pagan practices these all turned their nation to look at their own efforts. They turned away from God.
America is doing the same thing. So as God told Ezekiel to cause Jerusalem to know their shame, their abominations, it is time for believers in America to repent and pray.
Ezekiel 16:1-52 KJV ” Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,
[2] Son of man, cause Jerusalem to know her abominations,
[3] And say, Thus saith the Lord God unto Jerusalem; Thy birth and thy nativity is of the land of Canaan; thy father was an Amorite, and thy mother an Hittite.
[4] And as for thy nativity, in the day thou wast born thy navel was not cut, neither wast thou washed in water to supple thee ; thou wast not salted at all, nor swaddled at all.
[5] None eye pitied thee, to do any of these unto thee, to have compassion upon thee; but thou wast cast out in the open field, to the lothing of thy person, in the day that thou wast born.

Your Own Brother
Matthew 10:16-22 KJV “Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves: be ye therefore wise as serpents, and harmless as doves.
[17] But beware of men: for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;
[18] And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.
[19] But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
[20] For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.
[21] And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death.
[22] And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake: but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.”
We know, doctrinally, this refers to the tribulation time. How do we know? Take the chapter in context. Jesus is speaking to his 12 disciples and he is telling them, Matthew 10:5-7 KJV
“These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
[6] But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
[7] And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.”
During the tribulation, the time of the Gentiles is gone and God is dealing with Israel again. We also know from scripture, the kingdom of heaven is the literal, earthly reign of Jesus from Jerusalem.
But my point in showing these verses is, notice verse 21. Brother will deliver up brother, and the father will deliver up the child, to what? Death. It is hard to think of brothers delivering up their own brother to death. Who delivered Jesus to be crucified? Judas, one of the 12.
We know however, that is exactly what happened with Joseph. Joseph’s own brothers sold him into slavery. Who was at fault for Joseph going into slavery? ( I am not talking about God’s divine plan either.) Who was at fault? Joseph’s own brothers. And Joseph never went back to his own country alive. He stayed in the country where he was sold as a slave. His life in that country, as a slave, in the flesh, became better than his brother’s.
Today, we see Africans claim Confederate statues offend them and they want the Confederate flag, statues and all references to America’s Civil War removed because these symbols “offend” them.
In the grand scheme of things, believers know this is really spiritual warfare and the forces of evil are trying to eradicate God and American history. It started in the 1950’s by removing school prayer, removing God from taxpayer funded schools and the process has nibbled away at all references to God in our society. And this is the real reason why Africans and others are demanding the Confederate symbols be removed.
How do I know this? Joseph. Tearing down symbols of history because people over 100 years ago had African slaves is ludicrous. It is history. But the Africans have it wrong and here is why. Who sold Joseph into slavery? His own brothers. Who sold Africans into slavery? Their own brothers. Africans could have fought off, as a country, those wanting to buy slaves, but they didn’t. Their own countrymen, their own brothers sold them into slavery.
Merchants came to buy a product, people as slaves. Their own brothers sold them to the merchants for money, for profit. If the merchants could not buy them, they would have looked elsewhere. The same thing happens today. People, mothers and fathers sell their children into sex trafficking for money. Their own family is selling them as slaves.
When slavery was abolished in countries around the world, including America, Africans could have gone home. They chose not to return to their country. Just like Joseph, he stayed in Egypt and so did Joseph’s family. So why didn’t Joseph blame the Egyptians? Because the Egyptians were the merchants buying a product that was for sale. And who was selling the product? Joseph’s own brothers. Who sold the Africans? Their own brothers.
Who sells the children into sex trafficking? Their own mothers, fathers and brothers.
The late Supreme Court Justice Anton Scalia said of what is happening in America is social transformation without representation. People are tearing down symbols, flags, bibles, crosses, ten commandment plaques to transform America socially. And because our “elected” officials never asked the people to vote on these social issues, we have social transformation without representation
So if American history offends you, move out of our country. If God offends you and you do not want crosses, bibles and prayer, leave because our founding fathers established America on the Holy Scriptures, school prayer, teaching the Bible in schools and closing all business on Sundays so families went to church. And yes, we have made mistakes but don’t blame us for what your own brothers did to you. Blame those who sold you, not us.

Something To Watch
People are watching the world stage. Not only people in America, but people around the world are paying attention to world events. We have seen the rise of nuclear threats, Ishmael’s lineage decappitating believers in Yeshua / Jesus, and wars in Syria.
When the recent blood moons occurred, people were looking at scripture. Many wrote books on the blood moons and solar eclipses. When “nothing” happened after the blood moons, most people chalked up the events as “scare tactics “. But the blood moons always impact Israel and solar eclipses the nations. We have a full solar eclipse August 2017.
And look at Syria. Scripture tells us from thousands of years ago, Damascus is the “head” or capital of Syria.
Isaiah 7:8-9 KJV “For the head of Syria is Damascus, and the head of Damascus is Rezin; and within threescore and five years shall Ephraim be broken, that it be not a people.
[9] And the head of Ephraim is Samaria, and the head of Samaria is Remaliah’s son. If ye will not believe, surely ye shall not be established.”
Today, we see war in Syria among their own people. Believers know Damascus is going to be destroyed by God. Isaiah 17:1 KJV “The burden of Damascus. Behold, Damascus is taken away from being a city, and it shall be a ruinous heap.”
And we see people fleeing Syria, just as scripture says.
Isaiah 17:13 KJV “The nations shall rush like the rushing of many waters: but God shall rebuke them, and they shall flee far off, and shall be chased as the chaff of the mountains before the wind, and like a rolling thing before the whirlwind.”
And Paul tells us in Galatians 1, when he was questioning why believers were believing false doctrines, that he went to the “heathen”. Where? Arabia and Damascus.
Galatians 1:15-18 KJV “But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace,
[16] To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood:
[17] Neither went I up to Jerusalem to them which were apostles before me; but I went into Arabia, and returned again unto Damascus.
[18] Then after three years I went up to Jerusalem to see Peter, and abode with him fifteen days.”
Believers know Damascus is going to be destroyed no matter how much money, relief efforts or help nations give to Damascus. Why mention this?
We are in Jubilee. And Jubilee is happening for Israel this year and next. There is a “year” of jubilee this year. But there is also a jubilee for events. You see, in May 1948 Israel was reborn as a nation. Add 50 years and 1998 would have been a jubilee year. But we also know scripture talks of 70 years for living and preadventure 80 years for man. And 1948 + 70 years = 2018. Is something going to happen with Israel that only God can save her? Eventually, yes.
Not only that, in 1967 there were four main countries fighting against Israel in the 6 Day War from 6/5/1967 through 6/10/1967. The four countries were Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Iraq.
Israel was fighting for her city Jerusalem where King David reigned and where Abraham was. We know God gave Israel the victory and Israel recaptured Jerusalem. Israel would own the land where the temple mount is but let Jordan administer the mosque that was on Israel’s land. And June 10, 2017 is the Jubilee of Jerusalem – 50 years in Israel’s possession as a reborn nation.
Why mention this? There are many reasons including the tour of President Trump in the Middle East, current events to watch and compare them with scripture, and we are in the counting of the Omer. The counting of the Omer is part of the feasts of the Lord as laid out in Leviticus 23:15 – 17.
The world has their “holidays” and God has his holy days aka holidays. Do you want the world’s or God’s? We have Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits the starting of the Counting the Omer which ends with the Feast of Weeks / Pentecost. Then we have the rest of the feasts. But the Counting of the Omer is 50 days. Omer is a grain of wheat. Believers are likened unto wheat in scripture. Jesus says he separates the wheat from the tares.
In scripture, the people would gather the wheat from the fields, bundle the wheat and tie them. Then grind two loaves of bread from the wheat. In Ephesians 2, Paul explains the two loaves represent Israel and Gentiles.
Ephesians 2:15 KJV “Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace;”
The time of counting the Omer is a time to examine ourselves. It is a time to get “right” with God. Revelation 3 said Behold, Jesus was standing at the door and knocking. Jesus was not speaking to unbelievers here even though people use that verse for unbelievers. Jesus was speaking to the church, the last days church, the Laodiceans. Truly, the last days church is more concerned with money, wealth, numbers more so than the gospel of salvation, hell or sin.
Friends, the Counting of the Omer ends June 3rd and 4th with the Feast of Weeks, aka Pentecost. Why the 3rd and 4th? Because the day starts at sundown on God’s calendar. Remember the evening and the morning in Genesis?
Use the time of Counting the Omer to examine yourself, your relationship with the Lord and clean out any sin from your flesh. Bring your mind and body into subjection to the Lord God. And on June 3rd and 4th, celebrate Pentecost / the Feast of Weeks. Because now all true believers have the Holy Spirit inside them.
As we watch God line up events for the end, pray for Israel and America for repentance and protection. Pray for your country to repent and turn back to God. What Is Immigration?
Although by definition, the word immigrate means to remove into a country for the purpose of permanent residence, what is it? Let’s face it, people move from country to country, does that make them an immigrant? Are refugees “really” immigrants? Who determines if someone is an immigrant?
Just by the definitions the church and many others may have their understanding of immigration wrong. In the Middle East we see people fleeing areas because of persecution. On the southern border in America, we see people trying to enter America illegally. Are these people immigrants?
A refugee is defined as a person who, in times of persecution or political commotion, flees to a foreign county for safety. But an immigrant is a person who removes them self from one country to a different country to establish permanent residence. When foreigners want to come to your country they are one of three types of people:
A Visitor
A Refugee or
An Immigrant
Under all three of these conditions, can the person bring their laws? Their rules into the new country? No. They must abide by the laws of the country or kingdom they enter. Sure people bring their cultures into their new country but they can not require their new country to treat them under the laws of the country they left.
Scripture identifies countries as thrones or dominions, nations and kingdoms. And God set things up with different thrones, dominions and countries. Colossians 1:16 KJV “For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him:”
America’s foundation was set up under the authority of God Almighty with Scripture being the cornerstone of our land. Culturally, America has been a beacon for freedom and liberty. People were welcome to come but those coming had to follow the laws and rules of the land which are set up under God and the scriptures. You would not go to Egypt and expect to follow American law. You would have Egyptian law. And Americans do not have the right to force Egypt to accept American laws, in Egypt.
Foreigners who come to America can not expect America to follow the laws from the land the foreigner came from. And herein lies the difference between a refugee and an immigrant. The refugee and immigrant must follow the law of the land they go to. But there is a distinction between the two. One, the refugee, is fleeing persecution and turmoil and they are looking out to preserve themselves. Where the immigrant, by defintion, makes a decision willingly to leave their country and go to another. Immigrants know they are leaving everything behind and starting a new life in a new land. Believers make a decision to give up their country for the kingdom of God.
People understand they can not just march in to the President’s office, or the King’s office, there are protocols that must be followed. So let’s compare what we see and know about refugees and immigrants to God’s word. We know God told Abraham to leave his country and God would lead him to a new land. Question: Was Abraham a refugee or immigrant? Abraham decided to do what God told him so he was an immigrant.
We saw how Esther had to follow protocol. King Ahasuerus reigned from India to Ethiopia, over 127 provinces according to Esther 1:1-5 KJV
Now it came to pass in the days of Ahasuerus, (this is Ahasuerus which reigned, from India even unto Ethiopia, over an hundred and seven and twenty provinces:)
[2] That in those days, when the king Ahasuerus sat on the throne of his kingdom, which was in Shushan the palace,”
Question: When a person decides to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and be saved, is that person a refugee or immigrant in God’s kingdom? Scripture calls us “children” of God. We become ambassadors for our King.
Unlike the world, when Jesus stood before Pilate he told Pilate, John 18:36 KJV “Jesus answered, My kingdom is not of this world: if my kingdom were of this world, then would my servants fight, that I should not be delivered to the Jews: but now is my kingdom not from hence.”
Kings rule and reign from a throne. So where is God’s throne? Acts 7:47-50 KJV “But Solomon built him an house.
[48] Howbeit the most High dwelleth not in temples made with hands; as saith the prophet,
[49] Heaven is my throne, and earth is my footstool: what house will ye build me? saith the Lord: or what is the place of my rest?
[50] Hath not my hand made all these things?”
Peter explains Jesus to Israel saying,
Acts 2:29-36 KJV “Men and brethren, let me freely speak unto you of the patriarch David, that he is both dead and buried, and his sepulchre is with us unto this day.
[30] Therefore being a prophet, and knowing that God had sworn with an oath to him, that of the fruit of his loins, according to the flesh, he would raise up Christ to sit on his throne;
[31] He seeing this before spake of the resurrection of Christ, that his soul was not left in hell, neither his flesh did see corruption.
[32] This Jesus hath God raised up, whereof we all are witnesses.
[33] Therefore being by the right hand of God exalted, and having received of the Father the promise of the Holy Ghost, he hath shed forth this, which ye now see and hear.
[34] For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,
[35] Until I make thy foes thy footstool.
[36] Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly, that God hath made that same Jesus, whom ye have crucified, both Lord and Christ.”
Just as you would not barge in to the President ‘s or King’s office to see them, we can not barge into God’s “office”. Yes, we are told to
Hebrews 4:16 KJV “Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.”
But when we come before God’s throne, God has protocols, like all kings or presidents. Remember when the disciples asked Jesus to teach them to pray? Jesus said when you pray, pray like this, ” Our Father which art in heaven, hallowed be thy name” then you ask for provisions or your request, then notice, ” for thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory”?
The word hallowed means reverence. Most of the time people yell to God HELP. But scripture tells us, Psalm 100:1-5 KJV “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord , all ye lands.
[2] Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing.
[3] Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.
[4] Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name.
[5] For the Lord is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.”
When a person gets saved our citizenship changes, just like an immigrant seeking citizenship in a new country. The protocols God has is show reverence and you enter his gates, not with a passport or papers, but with thanksgiving. You go into his court with praise. Be thankful to him and bless his name because he is good and merciful.

The Future – Part 2
In The Future – It Is Here we examined how the foundations of America were altered. Had politicians and “elected” representatives been truthful with the people, the people would never support or “vote” for the person. And for the most part, the people have trusted their political leaders to keep their oath to the office they were elected. They have not.
Generally, some people take a stand. No matter what country, some people see beyond the fluffy words and see the bigger picture so they speak out against issues. People have traditionally picked “issues” to fight for or against. Sometimes there are victories and sometimes there are set backs.
It is not until the people look beyond the fluff, or beyond a particular issue to discover the roots. I chose to use America in my example in The Future – It Is Here but the same happens around the world in other countries. The progression is always similar:
Take Over The Money – check –
(The Federal Reserve 1910 )
Impose Taxes / Fees on the people – check – (The IRS established 1913 )
Change the Structure of the Country – check – ( The New Deal in 1933 – 1938 creating a “nanny state” )
Take over or create Infrastructure of the Country – check – ( The Great Society formed in 1960s taking over every aspect of society including transportation, education, environment, law enforcement, etc. )
Take over Security of the Country – check – ( 9/11/2001 Homeland Security and Immigration controlling all movement into and out of the country including body searches )
Take over Healthcare – check – ( Affordable Care Act alters Healthcare of the people in 2009 / 2010.)
Plunge the Country into Debt – check – ( Create a crisis to provide a solution ).
People have fought against “issues” from each of these 7 categories. Some battles people have won, others they have lost. And the believers not only fight against these issues, but they also fight against moral issues in their society. Many get weary and quit.
Once people of a society realize what has happened, one of three things happen: The people surrender and are turned into servant slaves, the people fight back and you have a revolution, or genecide where people who refuse to conform are thrown in to jail and / or killed. Which would you choose? Did you ever read the book Foxes Book Of Martyrs?
I can not speak to other countries but merely watch and study events. Turkey is a good example in recent days, of a government trying to take more power. America’s “leaders” have taken power more subtly hiding motives and goals from the people. Maybe because most Americans are armed. But if you look at the big picture you can clearly see “forces” behind the scenes working to bring about their “world order”. I believe many Americans have awaken to some of the motives and that, along with prayer to God, is why Donald Trump was elected president, to stop the globalists when it comes to America.
My regular readers know I believe scripture clearly teaches a “catching up” aka rapture of the church before the tribulation. I base most of my doctrine on the rapture to 1 and 2 Thessalonians, letters from Paul to the churches in Christ. Although not my only text for the rapture. One key point in these two letters is where the church, believers, meet the Lord.
1 Thessalonians 4:17-18 KJV “Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
[18] Wherefore comfort one another with these words.”
And yes I am aware of some believers today who do not believe in the rapture. It is not my job to convince believers of my doctrine. That is the job of the Holy Spirit. But notice in verse 17 where believers meet the Lord? In the air, in the clouds. Not on earth.
Not only that but in the very next chapter, Chapter 5 verses 1 – 9 notice all the times the words, they, them are used and how many times we, us, you are used. God is clearly making a distinction between two different peoples. Us and them. Who is the us? Paul is writing to believers in Christ. The ” them” is the unbelievers and the verses clearly point that out. Circle the we, us and you and underline the ” them” and ” they”.
1 Thessalonians 5:1-9 KJV “But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.
[2] For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.
[3] For when they shall say, Peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.
[4] But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
[5] Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
[6] Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.
[7] For they that sleep sleep in the night; and they that be drunken are drunken in the night.
[8] But let us, who are of the day, be sober, putting on the breastplate of faith and love; and for an helmet, the hope of salvation.
[9] For God hath not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ,”
We have pointed out in other posts in our archives, the term ” the day of the Lord” and “that day” is a day of wrath mainly.
But as we are looking at the future, we see things lining up for end time events. As Paul says, we are not ignorant of Satan’s devices. 2 Corinthians 2:11 KJV
“Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.”
When people are put into “tight” places or situations, often they will do things they never thought they would do. So let’s try something. What is a “public employee”?
When governments expand their powers, they hire people from the public to carry out their instructions. These people hired are called ” public employees”. Public employees are employees working in jobs controlled by governmental bodies, whether federal, state or local government. All public employees salaries and benefits are funded by taxpayers. If you want to research public employees, in America, you would go to The Bureau of Labor Statistics, who report this information.
You will find salaries and benefits to public employees are “better ” than private sector employees.
What happens if private sector employees decide to stop funding the public sector? That is exactly what happens in Disney’s movie, It’s A Bug’s Life. Flick talks the ants into – stop feeding the grasshoppers. The grasshoppers represent government rule.
People often quote Christians are suppose to obey government. And scripture does teach that. However, America was not set up like other governments or like other nations. Our founding fathers set America up to be different and that is why we use ounces and pounds and not liters. That is why we use feet, inches and miles and not meters or kilometers. And our founding fathers did not set up a king as an individual where the people are the servants to the king. Our founding fathers set the people up as the king and the government is servant to the people. So if we Christians are to obey government, our founding fathers set up the people governing the elected representatives. And the people, as one nation, under God and God’s authority to hereby elect representatives to carry out our will under God’s authority.
Government bribes people through offers. Employment, benefits, services, and people have sold their freedoms, liberties and sold God out. Just as Israel sold God out when they wanted to be like other nations, they wanted a king, 1 Samuel 8:5. Samuel warned them and Israel’s desire for a king displeased Samuel. Samuel took it to the Lord and what was the Lord’s answer?
1 Samuel 8:7 KJV “And the Lord said unto Samuel, Hearken unto the voice of the people in all that they say unto thee: for they have not rejected thee, but they have rejected me, that I should not reign over them.”
Samuel warned the people what it means if they select a king over them in 1 Samuel 8:10-19 KJV “And Samuel told all the words of the Lord unto the people that asked of him a king.
[11] And he said, This will be the manner of the king that shall reign over you: He will take your sons, and appoint them for himself, for his chariots, and to be his horsemen; and some shall run before his chariots.
[12] And he will appoint him captains over thousands, and captains over fifties; and will set them to ear his ground, and to reap his harvest, and to make his instruments of war, and instruments of his chariots.
[13] And he will take your daughters to be confectionaries, and to be cooks, and to be bakers.
[14] And he will take your fields, and your vineyards, and your oliveyards, even the best of them , and give them to his servants.
[15] And he will take the tenth of your seed, and of your vineyards, and give to his officers, and to his servants.
[16] And he will take your menservants, and your maidservants, and your goodliest young men, and your asses, and put them to his work.
[17] He will take the tenth of your sheep: and ye shall be his servants.
[18] And ye shall cry out in that day because of your king which ye shall have chosen you; and the Lord will not hear you in that day.
[19] Nevertheless the people refused to obey the voice of Samuel; and they said, Nay; but we will have a king over us;”
Sound familiar to current day “representatives”? Representatives have bribed the people and set themselves up as king and the people as servants. But that setup is not who America is and that is not America’s foundation. All power and authority in America is vested in the people by proclamation with the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution under the Supreme Authority Almighty God, if people know it or not. All elected representatives, presidents and judges swear an oath to the people and Almighty God to support and defend the Constitution, our founding structures.
The Deceiver is subtle and has been trying to steal the land and authority of the people using his helpers. That is why when Paul says we are not ignorant of his devices, many believers see what is really going on in America and the world. So what is next? We will look at that next time.

Look Under The Covers
If I were to ask you, what was last Sunday’s message about, at church, most people would not remember. If I were to ask you, what did you have for dinner last night, the night before last and the night before that, most people would not remember. The church message example deals with our spiritual man. The second example about dinner, deals with the physical man. But neither question could most people answer. Why?
But let’s say the message from church impacted you so much that you got saved that day. You repented of your sin and asked Jesus Christ into your heart to forgive you and save you. Chances are you would not forget that day. The same would be true about dinner. If the meal was outstanding or it was a special event or special restaurant, chances are you would remember. Why? Because the message or the meal made an impact on you.
So how does a believer make an impact on unbelievers? How can a believer help God’s word impact our life in 2017? How can we, mankind, understand principles in God’s word that impact us spiritually in this physical world? Look under the covers. God showed me yesterday, a possibility. Now stick with me for a minute and look at the bigger picture.
I was listening to Rush Limbaugh on the radio. He was explaining liberalism. A caller, who is “gay” called in and said he voted for Donald Trump but liberal “gay” people didn’t want anything to do with him. The caller identified himself as a conservative “gay” man. Rush explained to the guy, it is because you are not liberal. So Rush explained the liberal mindset to his audience.
Liberals want to kill personal ambition and turn everyone into a victim. If people can’t make good money with a job, they are a victim of greedy big business. If people don’t have (________) (fill in the blank) it is because they are a victim of something. Liberals label people as victims of unwanted pregnancy so they promote abortion. Victim of greedy employers so liberals push for minimum wage hikes. Victims of a bigoted society through race, gender, sexual orientation. Liberals try to turn people into victims.
Rush explained to the caller, because he was a conservative, liberals know they can not convince him. Liberals know because you identify yourself as a conservative gay man, they can not convince you that you are a victim, so they ignore you. It is not about the sexual preference issue with liberals, it is about convincing people they are victims of a bigoted society.
Rush then explained illegal immigration. If liberals can convince illegal immigrants they are victims of a poor country and they come to America to better themselves then liberals can try to convince Congress these people are victims and America should show compassion. And what happens? Illegals may have made $ 2 or $ 3 an hour in the country they came from. So when they illegally get into America and can make $ 6, 7, 8, 10 per hour, the illegals are happy. The employer is happy to save money on payroll and not have to pay benefits. What happens? The illegals actions cause employers to pay less for workers and therefore, drive wages across the board down. Then Americans, who have nothing to do with other countries wages for their citizens, end up loosing their job to foreign workers.
Because the US Congress is made up of liberals and conservatives, you have liberals wanting to make illegals victims of a foreign government and liberals want all Americans to pay for helping these alleged “victims”. And conservatives say America is a generous nation and we help all people around the world but have you not read, Thou Shalt Not Steal? Don’t steal our money, our jobs, our country.
Rush was explaining to the caller that real conservatism has the answers to societies problems. The answer is life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. People can come to America, legally, for liberty. We promote life, not murder through abortion. And Americans have the right to pursue happiness without a group of elected people stealing our money, our time and our founding principles.
Then it hit me. That is exactly what Satan does. When liberals try to make people feel like victims, what are they doing? They are trying to sway the mindset of people. They are trying to convince people of something that is not true. John 10:10 KJV “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.”
Paul says, to the church, 2 Timothy 3:1-5 KJV “This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
[2] For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
[3] Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
[4] Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
[5] Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.”
Notice, from such TURN AWAY!
Every one of these points deals with the soul, the mind, a mindset. But believers live by the Spirit, not the soul. Believers use their mind (soul) to sift everything through the word of God.
Liberals and liberalism is against God and God even tells us so in
Isaiah 32:5-8 KJV “The vile person shall be no more called liberal, nor the churl said to be bountiful.
[6] For the vile person will speak villany, and his heart will work iniquity, to practise hypocrisy, and to utter error against the Lord , to make empty the soul of the hungry, and he will cause the drink of the thirsty to fail.
[7] The instruments also of the churl are evil: he deviseth wicked devices to destroy the poor with lying words, even when the needy speaketh right.
[8] But the liberal deviseth liberal things; and by liberal things shall he stand.”
There is coming a time when there will be no more battles over liberals trying to deceive someone’s mind.
When preachers say, regarding America, it is a battle for the soul of the country, they are saying we are fighting against evil trying to change the mindset of America, of the world. And Satan is the root cause. Ephesians 6:12 KJV “For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”
